Today, we proudly announce the establishment of the Middle East Live Fire Cooking Society, a community built for cooks who treat live fire not as a trend, but as a craft worth mastering.

To grow a serious, connected, skill-driven live fire culture across the region.

Through structured workshops, curated masterclasses, official competitions, and collaborations with leading culinary institutions, we aim to raise the standards of technique, safety, and culinary excellence.
